PROJECT VALUE: $229.4 MILLION

ABBA was selected to provide closeout services and document control management to the General Contractor for the construction of a new Federal Inspection Services Facility (FIS) at San Diego International Airport International Arrivals Facility. This $229.4M project included relocating and construction of the FIS repurposing six aircraft gates, as well as new aircraft, airline and tenant support spaces. ABBA’s Scope of work included:

• Integration of legacy Port Authority Document Control management software with PM WEB.

• Performing Document Control Services for the FIS project to meet San Diego Port Authority, State and Federal Contract Requirements.

• Supervising, Managing and Documenting Project Closeout.

• Providing an electronic format and hard copy (as required) legal and reference document library.

Results: The FIS project was completed exactly one year from ground breaking with zero audit findings.
