San Diego International Airport, Parking Plaza ABBA was selected to provide project controls and closeout services for the 2,900-space covered Terminal 2 Parking Plaza and covered walkway. The Scope Included:

• Providing Project Controls reports to track cost and schedule.

• Providing Labor Compliance Reports.

Results: Project was completed on time and on budget with zero audit findings.
